also includes a complete water heater inspection from the safety
relief valve to the burner assembly and elements.

assembly, electronic controls and burner assembly. Also inspected are
all circuits, switches and thermostats as well as a core inspection
for cracks and possible carbon monoxide leaks.

- A complete safety inspection of your central air conditioning system
from the compressor to the refrigerant loop. We also include a
refrigerant charge if needed. If you have an evaporative cooler (swamp
cooler) our inspection includes everything from the motor and belts to
the float supply lines as well as a complete leak test.

deliver them to you free of charge.
